Privacy Policy

Leroy House Labs LLC ("we," "us," "our") operates The Come Up Crew (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service you agree to this Policy and to our Terms of Service.

Information you provide. When you onboard, set goals, or use calculators, you may enter information such as monthly income, savings, debt, credit score range, city, age, employment status, skills, and learning preferences. You may also send us messages, feedback, or support requests.

Account information. If you create an account, we collect identifiers such as email address and authentication tokens.

Usage data. We collect information about how you interact with the Service — pages viewed, lessons completed, time spent, feature usage, device type, operating system, browser, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, language, and referring URLs.

Cookies and similar technologies. We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, analytics, and security. You can control cookies through your browser; some features may not work without them.

Information from third parties. If you sign in through a third-party provider or interact with embedded third-party content (e.g., YouTube), that provider may share limited information with us in accordance with your settings with them.

We do not knowingly collect government IDs, full bank-account numbers, full credit-card numbers, or biometric data. Please do not submit them.

• Operate, maintain, personalize, and improve the Service (including generating your educational "path" and progress).
• Authenticate users, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our Terms.
• Communicate with you about updates, security, and support.
• Analyze usage to improve content, performance, and user experience.
• Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights and those of users and the public.
• With your consent, send marketing communications (which you may unsubscribe from at any time).

We do not sell your personal information for money. We do not engage in "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA"). We use analytics that may, in some jurisdictions, be considered "sharing"; you may opt out via the rights described in Section 8.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process personal data on these legal bases: performance of a contract (to provide the Service), legitimate interests (to secure and improve the Service), consent (where required, e.g., for marketing or non-essential cookies), and compliance with legal obligations.

We share information only as described here:

• Service providers who process data on our behalf (hosting, analytics, email, error monitoring, customer support) under contracts that require confidentiality and appropriate security.
• Compliance and protection — to comply with law, valid legal process, or government requests; to enforce our Terms; or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Leroy House Labs LLC, our users, or others.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.
• With your direction or consent.

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion as described below.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted to or from the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to: access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal information; object to processing; withdraw consent; and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. California residents have rights under the CCPA, including to know, delete, correct, and limit certain uses, and to be free from discrimination for exercising those rights.

We operate primarily in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the U.S. or other countries with different data-protection laws. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it. Parents or guardians may contact us at privacy@thecomeupcrew.ai.

The Service may include embedded videos, links, or integrations with third parties (e.g., YouTube, analytics providers). Their use of your information is governed by their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party practices.

The Service does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals. We treat Global Privacy Control signals as a valid opt-out where required by law.

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Effective" date and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
